delivery prices are among the cheapest in the industry, and we make
regular
deliveries all over We
deliver and install wherever you need the piano, be it ground floor,
upstairs,
schools or halls, and are rarely defeated by awkward access. For
digital pianos we offer a full installation service, including assembly
and
removal of packaging, or a cheaper delivery in boxes for self assembly
depending on your location. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS If any
goods you receive are faulty you must telephone us immediately on 01223
354452
or 367758. The goods should then be returned to us within 7 days and we
will
either repair or replace them. If you
receive an item that is not what you ordered you must telephone us
immediately
on 01223 354452 or 367758, and then return the item to us in its
original
condition within 7 days. We will replace it with the product you
ordered, or
refund the cost of the item and carriage. In most
cases you may return goods, at your own cost and risk, within 7 days of
receipt
without giving any reason. However, this does not apply in the following
circumstances: · If
the goods are unsealed, used or damaged by the customer. · If
the goods have been specially ordered for the customer. · Wind
and brass instruments, reeds, mouthpieces, microphones and other similar
items
cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene unless they are returned in
the
original sealed packaging. · Electronic
products, such as digital pianos, keyboards, digital drums and
amplifiers, can
normally only be returned if they are in their original, sealed
packaging as
this is our only guarantee that the products have not been assembled
and/or
used. We will
not accept any returned goods if we have not been contacted by the
customer
within the 7 day period. In this case the goods will be returned to the
customer and we will seek to recover delivery costs. |
